Ownership and Permissions: By submitting a photo, you affirm that you own the rights to the photo or have obtained the necessary permissions from the rights owner(s) and any individuals depicted in the photo. You are responsible for any claims arising from the unauthorized use of the photos. 5. No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your submitted photos. 6. Modification of Terms: The HOA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. By submitting your photos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit any photos.
