The HOA Board Meets the first Thursday of the month in February, May, August, and November at 7PM on Zoom. The next Board Meeting is on May 11, 2023.

Architectural Committee Review
Our Covenants require Architectural Committee Review before you "commence the construction, reconstruction, remodeling, addition to, or alteration of any building, swimming pool, wall, fence, or other structure whatsoever" (Paragraph 16.1). "Alteration" includes exterior painting and replacement or new windows and doors.Submitting a Review Request is now online.
