2. Fox dens have been reported in our neighborhood. In talking with the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife, they said if you want the foxes to vacate their den on your property, just place a small plastic baggie with holes containing ammonia on a paper towel in that den. Also, place the baggies around your yard and foxes will not remain in their den or your yard. If you have a fox den and choose to do this treatment, please tell your neighbors so they will be on the watch for foxes relocating.
3. The HOA Board wants to thank Marc Rochkind who reformatted our community website, gunbarrelgreen.com. The vision is to have our website to be a keen source for the community of current events, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and HOA business. We would like to have fluid conversations which will be helpful to all residents. Stay tuned!
4. The Social Committee (Joe & Alicia DiRago and Sarah Mills) led the first Bike-to-Brews Neighborhood Happy Hour Thursday night, June 14th, at Gunbarrel Brewing. We meet at the Arch at 5:30 pm to head over together or feel free to meet us there. Families welcome! The Gunbarrel Green HOA will provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
