The Gunbarrel Green HOA does not own any common interest property.

There is no transfer fee or status letter fee.

HOA dues are $100 per calendar year.

The corporation bylaws allow placing a lien on the property for non-payment of
dues.

The Association has no penalties, special assessments, reserves, status letter
fee or transfer fee charges.

No utilities or trash pick-up are provided for individual homeowners.

The Homeowners Association does not provide any insurance for individual
homeowners.

No property is held in common interest with other homeowners.

This HOA has a pre-CCIOA designation, originated in 1963.
Architectural Committee Approval Needed
You may be interested in adding your customize touches to your new home. Great! The
Architectural Committee reviews and approves your improvements on your lot or home.
It may entail a fence, a new roof, shed, an exterior remodel, or such. Our Architectural
Committee Chairperson, Sandi Misura, will answer any questions you may have. You

The Architectural Committee’s
involvement helps to ensure the continued beauty of our neighborhood as well as the
happiness of your neighbors.
HOA Services
The homeowners association provides the following services to the residents of
the community:

Maintenance of the front entranceway and the Lookout Road frontage;

Publication of a newsletter keeping neighbors informed on local issues;

Interfacing with the City and County regarding issues that affect residents, such
as, traffic on Lookout, speeding in our neighborhood, road maintenance, flooding,
mosquito mitigation and more;

Management of and compliance with our governing documents;

Management of an HOA website;

Installation and maintenance of two traffic monitors;

Review and approval of construction and remodeling via an Architectural
Committee;

Any other matter consistent with the maintenance of the quality and values of our
neighborhood; and
-
Organizing community activities and committees to enhance neighbor
relationships.
