HOA Board Actions Without a Meeting

2020-02-26 The Board establishes the following procedure:
Posting items on the Gunbarrel Green Website is implemented in one of two ways:
  1. Posted on the Gunbarrel Green website by a Board majority of votes, or
  2. Posted on the Gunbarrel Green website by requirements of state law when selling or refinancing a property within a designated HOA area.

2020-09-08 Gina Hyatt is appointed by the Board to Chair the Nominating Committee. The President shall direct the website coordinator to post the text of this Action on the website. 4-0
2020-11-02 The Treasurer is authorized to disburse funds to pay the Altitude Community Law invoice dated 21-Oct-2020 in the amount of $2,360.05. The President shall direct the website coordinator to post the text of this Action on the website. 5-0
2020-11-04 Marc Rochkind is appointed by the Board as the authorized representative to engage with Altitude Law, after consultation and majority agreement from the Board members, until an HOA president is chosen by a majority of the Board. The website coordinator shall post the text of this action on the website should it be unanimously approved by the Board. 5-0
2020-11-21 The 14-Nov-2020 Board Meeting minutes are approved. 5-0
2020-11-21 The 27-March-2019 Board Meeting minutes are approved. 5-0
2020-12-09 The treasurer is authorized to pay the attached Altitude Community Law invoice with a balance due of $2,141.00, and a pdf of the invoice will be posted on the Gunbarrel Green Homeowners Association website. 4-0
2021-03-09 The minutes of the 4-Feb-2021 Gunbarrel Green HOA Board Meeting are approved. 5-0
2021-03-15 Marc is authorized to purchase a replacement battery for the speed sensor on Old Post Road. 5-0
2021-05-09 Approved: A $100 thank you gift certificate for Sandi for her 10 years of volunteer service to the HOA. 4-0
2021-09-06 Altitude Community Law is authorized to send a letter to Chris Sullivan, 6808 Harvest Rd., to inform Mr. Sullivan that the trailer and other objects on his property are in violation of the covenants and if not promptly addressed (promptness to be defined by our attorney), the HOA will pursue further legal action. 4-0
2021-10-05 The Board approves for the following maintenance/improvement items for the arch not to exceed $250.00.
1) Add metal edging between grass & gravel in a few areas.
2) Move a couple of sprinkler heads for better coverage.
3) Resod a few bare areas (see #2).
4) Add a top coat of gravel to the walkways.
